On behalf of my 86 year old Mum and my dealings with Alfa. From the beginning their communication was terrible and instead of owning up to their mistake they continued to come up with excuses. The classic was from the owner himself when we finally went to pick up Mum's car and I said, "no one has actually apoligised for mucking us around and causing stress to Mum."
