Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! Unfortunately, my experience with Alfa Insurance, particularly with claims agents Tyler and Stephanie, has been extremely disappointing. Throughout the claims process, communication was consistently poor. I often had to follow up multiple times just to receive basic updates, and when I did get responses, they were vague and unhelpful.
