Still has pretty bad customer service, and is company-wide not just location based. The automated answering machine just hangs up on you when you select 'speak to representative.'
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I called the Chesapeake location and was connected to a number in PA. which informed me that all employees were at a company meeting. I got on the Alfa Laval web site looking for parts support and when I asked a question in the chat window, the representative never answqered the question, just crickets. Time to lok for a different company that puts emphasis on customer service.
