Friendly staff, eager to write politics and receive payments. Claims process has been a nightmare, only pays for used or aftermarket parts. The claims check is less than half of the actual repairs using new parts. Only pays for rental while vehicle is in shop being repaired, not for the entire time you are without transportation. Shop elsewhere for insurance!
I switched from paying house note and vehicle separately to combined monthly😵💫 But apparently alfa doesn't know how to do that😳 So I had to catch up to recent month🥵 Whatever that means😳 So now I pay one bill at end of month and one bill in middle of next month😵💫😵💫😵💫 So the lady who answered the phone explained it to me🤓 Obviously she was trained to have an answer for everything😵💫 So got that figured out but Alfa still raised my home insurance 24 dollars a month🥵🥵🥵 It seems to have no end😳 After awhile... read more
