I have been with alpha for several years. I have never had a problem until now. I ran over something in the road and messed up my car. I called Alpha for help, and after I told the person what happened, he said it was the wrong department and transferred me. I told the lady what happened and she transferred me. I ended up speaking to the next person and after thirty minutes, he was going to send a tow truck. It was a hassle to get that far with him. This might be the best insurance company in America for property insurance. Extremely fair on roof damage and pay a fair amount with no need for additional requests. They do it right the first time
