Until they fix my claim. Then 1 star they get. You think the insurance is great because the price, just wait until you have to file a claim. I guess you get what you pay for. Full coverage had me paying for a tow truck out of pocket a month and a half ago. I've spent hours calling people trying to get my measly 100$ reimbursement. Until I have my reimbursement in my hand, finally.. This review will stay here at 1 star😒

My nephew was insured by Alfa. An elderly man, who was cited in the accident report for 2 infractions, totaled both cars. My nephew was not cited and had witnesses at the scene. Al Smith was his agent. Numerous attempts were made for assistance. Either Mr Smith did nothing or he was out of the office each time he was called.
