I use to love Alfa insurance, but they are just as greedy as any other company. Not only greedy, but sneaky. There is a $3 charge if you do NOT go paperless. I signed up with Alfa and put down I want no paper due to the fact that I was moving! I did so in the app, but didn’t know they charged to begin with. I called and FINALLY find out why I paid $3 last month and why it’s on my bill for this month!!! Go paperless to avoid their $3 fee. Not responsive. Would leave messages and not get a call back. Recently our policy tripled in price without an explanation. We were able to find a much better policy that was more cost effective with Liberty Mutual. We have called Ken Key multiple times to get rental properties covered and would not receive a call back and went with other insurance companies
