Had been with alfa, @ Charles days branch, for 10 years, missed my payment due date by 1 business day which caused a lapse in my policy. Since this happened on a Friday I had to wait til Monday to sort it all out. I was at alfa when they opened Monday morning to be informed my policy would more than double due to the count of the lapse. Alfa nor Charles day will ever get my business or recommendations again.
