Best customer service ever!!! They go beyond what most insurance agents do. This agency is the BEST!!
Five stars doesn’t even truly cover it in my opinion. The level of customer service in my opinion isn’t just an Alfa thing (dont get me wrong I think Alfa is great) but it has everything to do with Brad and his amazing staff. One of the things I am so impressed by is their response time when it comes to policy questions, etc. they truly make everything so easy when it comes to your insurance needs.
I don’t recommend Celim and the Rice Agency, poor service.
