I have had a very disappointing experience with Ms. Brooks as my Alfa Insurance agent. Communication has been consistently poor. Over the past couple of years, nearly every policy renewal has involved some type of issue that required me to contact her for corrections. In some cases, the problems were never resolved, and we were not informed that nothing had been done until it was too late and the policy had already been canceled. It was a pleasure working with Josh I had been with State farm for many years State farm kept going up up up up up up they have had huge increases in pricing just in the last year. And went and checked around Josh had ran the numbers and actually when I went in the policy got better on pricing and better coverage they also run progressive insurance. So I'm quite happy my rates are back to normal where they were and with better coverage. State farm almost doubled with that same type of coverage. So I highly recommend checking... read more

I was a little sad to find out Mr. Harden was no longer my insurance agent, but Mrs. Brooks is phenomenal as well. She is very sweet and tries her best to help you as much as she can. I definitely recommend her to anyone who’s looking for an insurance agent.

No need for a good neighbor…. When you have an amazing agent!!! Our home flooded due to a water leak. With in 2 days we had the claims adjuster at our home , claim filed , and repairs started. Payment was in my hand within the week. I cannot truly express my gratitude and appreciation for not only Alfa , but for Crystal walking with us and helping ensure we were taking care of. That’s customer service!!!!
