Leaving three stars because our claims were both completed, but the process was an unnecessary ordeal. We insured with Alfa after a new home purchase. We’d always heard they were the best insurance, that was not our experience. Shortly after moving into our new home we had to file a home owner’s insurance claim because the plumber we hired to update our faucets used a part that broke causing massive water damage.
