My experience with Alfa started off amazing and is starting to feel like a nightmare. My payments started at $140 a month went to $175 then $204 now $225 I have my bills on automation but they have forgotten to process by payment even tho I called to ensure that they received my payment. The woman assured me I was good now it is march and $451 are being deducted from my account! I honestly don’t know if I can trust them to stay on top of things and offer reliable support.
