Our HVAC unit recently went out and upon calling Eric, we learned that the cost of the repair would be covered by the Home Systems Protection Coverage included with our ALFA policy. We were quickly relieved as this was an unexpected expense. Eric provided us with great service as our agent, quickly responding to our various questions and helping us get the AC turned back on in time for the hot early summer weather. We really appreciate Eric’s helpfulness and professionalism.
