Customer Service I had to call my agent's office (Kathy Pearce) to have information regarding my homeowners insurance faxed to the company. When I called, Beth answered the telephone & after explaining my reason for calling, she cheerfully said, "Okay that address is xxxx" I was very impressed & happy that my agent & her staff know me as a person & not just another customer/number. Please keep up the great customer service, it does make a tremendous difference. Thanks.... LaSonya White
