My family has had Alfa Insurace for at least 36 years. I have always worked with Clara Criswell and she is always thorough with answers and options for any questions that I have. Always willing to help and just a joy to work with. One of the main reasons that I am still with Alfa is that Clara makes it enjoyable and easy to handle any questions as well as issues that may arise.
Never answers the phone. This happends a lot. They want your payment but rarely picks up. Smh that makes no sense.
