My dad has had Alfa Home insurance for over 50 years, never a claim that I can remember. He was too afraid they would raise his rate so he’d never file a claim. We filed one this year. They so sweet n caring
Ben Alexander is a great agent during the auto insurance sale, and taking your payments. But, if you get declined he will be the worst agent on getting your money back. I have been fighting to get my money back for weeks now. Ben is ignoring me. I will never become a Alfa Customer or a Ben Alexander client ever again.
