I scheduled a couples massage for 3pm. An hour before my appointment they asked if we could come in at 4, my boyfriend responded and asked for 3 because we had plans afterwards, they told us to come in at 3:30. Once we got there at 3:30 we were put into a room and were not seen until 4.
