Good Service. I like their customer services.
The espresso Alfa sells is great. However, the customer service is extremely lacking. The lady that answers the phone when you call in to place an order is always so rude and unpleasant. We are simply just calling to order and she is rude in her overall communication and all questions asked. It would make it a much nicer experience to speak to someone who appreciated the business and was a bit more friendly.
I visited the facility just to get a kilo of coffee and was treated to people who understand the finest essence of customer service. They were not rushed, smiled and we had a nice conversation. What more could you ask?
