May daughter wanted to take a bungee class for her bday. We did a private class for 7 girls and it was amazing with aot of laughs and happy girls. All of the girls cannot wait to go back. Allie instructed the class, she was so patient and made it fun for all of them. Highly recommend Alfa Fitness.

The Zumba class on Saturdays is a 10/10!!! It definitely took me a minute to catch on to some of the steps and moves (I’m not a dancer—and you can definitely tell! lol), but that didn’t stop me from having a blast. This class is always so positive and fun! The instructor creates such a welcoming environment every time you walk in. She’s incredibly encouraging and makes everyone—especially beginners—feel comfortable and supported. She knows how to challenge you just enough while still allowing you to move at your own pace. Did a bungee class with our friend group and it was so fun! Highly recommend it!
