I had an appointment at 11:00 am today and had to wait for an hour to and still wasn’t seen by the dentist. Unfortunately, the only dental insurance I have is Medi-Cal so I had to wait over an hour just to be seen. I have a tooth ache in the making and didn’t want to wait until it got worse. Right now I have a rotten taste about Alpha Dental not sure if I want to go back to them or not. I’m not able to afford to go to a regular dentist as the cost is prohibitive.
Dr. Albert Assatourians is a terrific dentist and very gentle. Just had my yearly checkup last week and a cavity filled. Office was meticulously clean; every member of staff wore shields, gloves and double masks. I felt very safe during the entire procedure and I would not hesitate to go back even during this COVID-19 era. Staff is very friendly and very thorough! No pains and clean teeth!
I have tried many Dentist offices unfortunately do many just want money and are very dishonest ! DDS A is very honest very fair prices and is not in it to make things up for money . He will treat you with respect and very fair prices . I went in today and they handled me with all the precautions required by the state everything was clean they all had mask no one in the lobby . Great dental office and all his staff and polite and professional thank you all
