Could be better We bought a house built in a neighborhood built by Alfa builders. In our experience, several minor issues have arisen that might have been caught by other builders. Some of our former neighbors have the same complaints as us. The boards near the roof rotted very quickly and external doorknobs rusted quickly as well as other problems. I would really research builders when it is time to move or rebuild.
