Good service AB was only company I dealt without any problems and hassle while remodeled my house.They came to my place exactly at scheduled time, gave me estimate in 30 min, came back nextday on time again, put on all ordered blinds and cleaned after themselves in 2 hours. Their blindsare as great as their service. Iâm glad Iâve choose them.
Alfa blinds Blind cord broken due to age was repaired as well as end caps replaced. Appointment kept on time, explanation of damage was good, repair was timely, pickup time was met.Good experience with Alfa/Vlad.
Rude and not very helpful The customer service was rude and impatient.
Very good service I brought my 8-years old Hunter Douglas cell shade with broken cord & cord-lock to AB.. Theyfixed it in just one day for very reasonable price, and blind works as good as a new now.
