Disappointing experience. I had my tyre replaced at Alfa Automotive & Tyre Centre, and they charged extra just to refit the spare wheel back to its original position. Their explanation was: “No one would install it for free.” In my experience, refitting the spare wheel is normally part of a standard tyre replacement service and should not be charged separately, unless there is a special issue such as a seized or damaged mechanism — which was not the case here. From routine maintenance to detailed diagnostics, the team takes the time to explain the work clearly and makes sure everything is done right the first time. The service is efficient, honest, and focused on long-term vehicle care rather than quick fixes. And we absolutely love it. We trust them .
To say I’m appalled would be an understatement, was made to pay upfront and treated with an extremely poor demeanour. In addition shop owner was running around in sandals both times we were there super unprofessional and felt like we were getting ripped off. Regardless of the response PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE.
