We had a fantastic experience with Alfa Air. The service was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. Tayler and a new colleague (apologies, I didn’t get the name of the new tradesman) came out to install additional zones and temperature sensors. They did an excellent job — professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Pricing was transparent with no surprises, which we really appreciated. Fantastic people, friendly and efficient. One little niggle though - the guy who came to give me the quote did not look in the roof cavity and as it turned out there was some structural work needed to be done to fit the system in. This meant an extra cost which I had not budgeted for. I had a 25 year old ducted air conditioning system which needed full replaced. They had the job done in around 4 hours and cleaned up after themselves . Definately recommend these people.

Excellent work with a tricky ducted a/c system. Alfa Air Qld, particulary Nick Szanfraski, was efficient, on time and very professional with all aspects of hiswork. I strongly recommend Alfa Air Qld for any future A/C work.
Provided excellent feedback, Corey the service Tech explained to me in detail the problems and what solutions were available. A very professional Company to deal with if your having issues with your Air Conditioning. On time, the communications were great, if your wanting repairs with professional service you will save yourself a lot of time and frustration , just contact Alfa Air.
