January 2025 - Great team - did exactly what they said they'd do. Would gladly work with Alfa again. Updated for September 2025: We worked with Alfa again at another property after our first experience. This time we had 2 x split system installs + 3 cleans + 1 relocation. As expected, they did a fantastic job - took about 3.5 hours. Great team - highly recommended.
Kyle was very friendly and helpful planning to install ducting and split systems into our home. The process was very smooth and realistic to our needs and never felt like an up-sale was coming. We ended up going with the Panasonic system for its slim line look on our wall and long lasting reviews. The MyAir system makes sense for our household and was a great idea. I am lucky to have this very reliable company installed my ducted air conditioner. From the quoting to the end of the job it took less than two weeks. The whole process is very professional and worry free. Every one involved is so friendly. Especially on the day of installation, they did an amazing job!
