I haven’t been able to talk to my grandmother in years I finally find the place she is at and they hung up on me and blocked my number. They won’t even let me explain myself so now I have to make a 14 hour drive to the place very unprofessional and very shady. I understand laws but she could have at least spoke to me not just abruptly hang the phone up this is very frustrating.
