McLean House Condominiums is clean, well‑run, and reliably managed. Property manager, Tiffany, is responsive, organized, and keeps everything running smoothly.
Really nice community. 1.) Quiet and peaceful. I rarely hear my neighbors. There are thick walls between units, and the layout of the building means that you don't get much hallway noise coming into your unit. 2.) Recent personnel changes are really improving the building's mood. Shout out to Michael and Duane, doing an excellent job at the front desk and being nice people while they're at it. The dumbest thing in the world to have front desk leave at 5pm and not allow anyone to pick up their packages. So if you get off work at 5pm, how do you get your package?
Living here now in July of 2025 - trust me, you do NOT want to move here. Between the flies that breed and live in the pipes, the wonky air conditioning and heat , and the *constant* power outages, it’s frustrating enough.
