Left me in a bad spot! Called Alex and he gave me a great price to haul off a brush pile. Said he would be there later that day to get it taken care of. Said he got hung up and would be there the next day which was no problem since I still had two days to get it done before a storage pod showed up. Next day rolls around and he completely ghosted me. Still haven’t heard a thing from him. Ended up having to hire another company and pay a priority charge to get it done in time.
Very happy with my experience with Alex. He was great at communicating every step of the way. I will definitely use him again.
