Very questionable practices... The will exaggerate the severity of the issue and make you pay for unnecessary parts and labor...also very very poor communication skills... My vehicle was there for 4 and a half days and I would call the shop to get updates and they would say we'll have J.C call you back , well in 4 and a half days I only received 1 call from J. C. .. Really nice and professional employees and the price was more way better than other places for changing the trailer tire
This for me is the number 1 place I take my cars in Santa Cruz county. They are honest, trustworthy, and do not try to get money out of you. The owners are amazing people who care about the community.
