$45 to polish my shoes ! No thank you.
Had a pair of boots repaired . The sole was falling off. He glued it back and said its good. Used 1 time and soles began to peel off again. Took it back. He wanted me to pay again even though he just fixed it a few days ago and was only used once.
I took my shoe to fix the heals, it was it fixed properly, when I called to explain the reaction was rude he told me don’t come back here again and hanged up the phone! Also he makes comments that It is pervious owner when people leave him a review, which is not correct !!! I personally saw him here for so many years and he is either not ontime , forgets to do certain things, over charges and he is rude! I wish I would read the reviews before, as I thought I am the only one!!! I won’t recommend at all!!
Have taken several pairs of boots in now and ALWAYS received excellent work, ready on time. Cheaper than buying new boots. Definitely worth it, wish I'd always taken my shoes here!
Needed to punch holes in a bag and I’m so glad I found this place! The owner was super genuine and kind, didn’t even ask for a fee, but I couldn’t do that. Will definitely be back for any shoe or bag repairs! Thank you so much!
