We were stranded at a gas station in Oakley without the key to unlock our car… Alex showed up and helped get our car into neutral without a key, towed the car, and then brought all 4 of us along in his truck to Hays. He was an absolute savior, the ride was smooth and he dropped our car off at an auto repair shop easily. Alex is the man!

Popped a tire on Memorial Day and Alex was the only place open between Limon and Hays - fantastic service, got us on the road super quick and saved us from having to spend the night in Burlington. Super appreciative of him and his office staff for their work!

Alex and Jason saved the day for us out-of-towners. We were comfortably on our way to Denver from OKC when a baby deer darted in front of our car, damaging our radiator. Not only were they taking our calls and being very helpful in the early morning, they took in our vehicle, drove us to the auto rental place, and rushed our service to help us. This was such an amazing experience that was a HUGE blessing to me and my family. THANK YOU ALEX AND JASON!

Alex and their crew saved us when we blew 2 tires in the middle of the night traveling through Goodland, KS. They came, picked us up after 11pm, towed our vehicle and trailer, tried to fix it, but when they couldn't they drove us to a nearby hotel and picked us up in the morning once the repairs were made. They were responsive, reliable, communicative, and honest and fair. Highly recommend!
