Great party supplier – We had a backyard patio party. We have decided to use Alex Party Rental because of seeing how well their setup & service was for a Bridal shower at a friend's home. We were very pleased with the selection and the service. One has to go their store to really see the variety of setup and supplies available. They have everything to help create a special elaborate setting or a comfortable casual setting. Nice folks, excellent prices – I have been renting from these people for years, and I highly recommend them. Their prices are right and they are organized and accurate in their business practices. Nice showroom too. --DT
Hire At Your Own Risk – This company is unreliable; they lack organization and consistency. Though their prices may be cheaper than other companies but it's because their needs come before everything else; including the customer. Mistakes, miscommunication and generally bad business practices are the best way to describe Alex Party Rent. I do not recommend using them, pay a fraction more with another company and give yourself piece of mind for your special event.

friendly delivery guys – i've used Alex's Party rental about 3x for the events we hold for our clients. As of yet, they're the most reliable party rental companies in W.LA. Claudia, the sales lady, is very friendly and prompt. The delivery guys are always there early to help setup and are a pleasure. Very friendly and helpful! The only complaint I have is that its a little difficult to reach them on the weekends, especially when its time to pick up the rentals. But regardless, I'd still use them again.
