Terrible inventory
The day before pick up after reserving a week ahead the owner was unresponsive, lied about returning our call to schedule pick up. NOT ok and not the way you want to be treated when depending on them to hold true to a reservation when you are moving. Going next door to the reputable UHaul business that did answer all our questions!
