I have been going to Alex’s nails for about 2 years and have always left satisfied. However, yesterday I left very disappointed in their service. The color I wanted for my toenails was not what I selected. I wanted the short oval french nails but left with longer nails and some were square and some were slightly oval. I don’t like to complain but I was really disappointed and just left with what I got.
The last few times I’ve come in for my nails and eyebrows, the prices have been inconsistent every single time. But my most recent visit took it to an entirely different level. The price I was charged was absolutely ridiculous and nowhere near reasonable for the services I received I could have gone to one of the most expensive nail salons in Lafayette and still not paid what the owner charged me for my services There are nail salons everywhere.
