Well 1st this man is the best ,knows his stuff very very well. 2nd he is dependable ,fast ( when time allows ) due to season may have a little wait . He is nice, friendly and his customer service is excellent! 3rd call him ...if you want it done right. I can't thank him enough ! Thanks for all the help to get us up and running again !
I needed a part for my 42" Craftsman tractor Jack was not readily available but help me out in a tremendous way when he was not even there thank you Jack ! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!
BEWARE First off, Jack is too unprofessional to even have the correct address on here. Secondly, he is willing to take someone else's property and he had no authorization in taking. Was told not to do work on the tractor and to drop tractor off at my house. He did work on it and dropped it off at wrong address. Had to drive out and search for his "business" because he blocked my number after he screams into the phone for no reason. Stay away from this nut case.
My riding mower broke down on a Sunday during the first cut of the year, so I needed some repairs. I called on a Monday, told the guy what I needed done. He gave me a fair quote, and I dropped my riding mower off later that same day. When I dropped it off, he told me he would have it done by the same time next week, maybe sooner... Try to repair my riding mower's starter myself but cross-threaded the bolt that attaches it to the engine. I've used Jack before with good results. So I gave him a call. The next Morning he came and picked it up. Before noon it was repaired plus serviced. Fair price and prompt quality service. Very satisfied.
