We recently used Alex when our truck unexpectedly (when do we ever expect it) broke down. We were very very pleasantly surprised not only to find a mechanic never the less one that would come to you!! We called on a Saturday after hours and left our contact information not really expecting to hear back till Monday. Alex called us back within the hour and came to our location to try to diagnose our problem. He was very knowledgeable as well as friendly. What not to like! I didn’t have to drive anywhere, I didn’t have to sit in some waiting room. Alex is very flexible with scheduling. I love the digital work order. I could see everything ahead of time. He did a great job, worked in my garage and cleaned up everything afterwards. Reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Alex helped out my wife who was stranded in Newcomb with a broken alternator. If not for his willingness to work on a Sunday afternoon (before the Super Bowl no less), we would have really been up a creek. Thank you Alex!
