I moved into a new home and needed all the landscaping replaced. Alex and his team did such a great job redoing the landscape. Absoultely professional. My yard looks like a park- so beautiful! Better than I was invisioning. He did such a great job, I hired him to build a fenced garden area and then he planted 10 huge privacy trees. We hired Alex to mow our lawn, choosing him over the other services we contacted as he arrived on time to give us an estimate and met our needs. The first time he came, while 5 hours late, he did a good job. I'd give him 4 stars for that mow. The next scheduled mowing he never showed and didn't respond to our texts nor to our several phone calls. Sorry, my review was for the wrong company.
Met with the owner in March, and we agreed on a price for yard service, which would start in April. It's now May, and we've yet to hear back from them. Texts are unanswered, and calls don't result in any action. We had already cancelled our previous service, and now we're scrambling to get someone for our yard. I understand the busy time of year, but if you can't support us, just let us know. Very frustrating.
Alex is professional, knowledgeable, and understands what you want and what needs to be accomplished. He is responsive and timely.
