Outstanding in Every Way! Alex’s Hot Tub Services was stellar from start to finish! Communication was prompt and friendly, they arrived right on time, and their knowledge of hot tubs is second to none. The work was done quickly, thoroughly, and correctly the first time — all at a fair, transparent price. It’s rare to find a company that nails quality, professionalism, knowledge, fair pricing, and punctuality all at once, but Alex’s does exactly that. I couldn’t recommend them more highly! Alex and Joe are fantastic.

I called Alex because I was having trouble with mold in the hot tub. He explained to me how I might go about killing it and cleaning the tub out myself. I was so impressed I wanted him to do it. He came by and did a thorough job of cleaning the tub and eliminating the mold and gave me many tips on how to maintain the tub including quarterly drain and clean. His fee was very reasonable. I am so impressed that I think I'm going to have him clean it quarterly in the future.

This buisness doesn't service my area but that didn't stop Alex from going out of his way to help me understand my situation and give me some advice and contacts to reach out to that may be able to help me. This is A+ service. I would recommend working with a gentleman who runs his company at this pevel of care, if you are in need of this type of service.

Excellent service, had an issues with older tub heater. Alex quickly diagnosed & fixed the problem! Great service, communication and price — highly recommend.

First time caller.. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable and told us exactly what to do to calm us down. We will be using Alex's Hot tub service for all our Hot tub services, winterizing and servicing.
