I used Alex when I discovered I was loosing water. He came out within a week, opened the side panel and discovered a gasket had failed and was spewing out water every time the motor kicked on. Fortunately, he had another in his truck and got the problem fixed quickly. Alex is very friendly and listened to what I was observing with the tub before suggesting a course of action. His prices are very reasonable and he even gave me some advise for the future of my hot tub to include recommending spa chemicals he uses in his spa. O... read more

The heater on my hot tub went out and with the cold weather approaching it was kind of urgent to get fixed. Alex fit me into his schedule and got me taken care of within a couple of days. He was fairly priced, quick with his work and had everything good as new! My hot tub has not been cleaner And running more efficiently! He will definitely be my go to guy! Highly recommend!
