Very bad experience. The guy delivered bed and mattress. Very bad behavior. And no fixed the bed .

My bed broke down I it was never put together correctly I sent them a email and called 2 weeks ago they showed up one day to fix my bed didn’t come with the tools and boards needed and left said they be back the next day now it been days. I was giving a window for them to come fix it they didn’t arrive between the window it’s now a hour pass the window I keep calling the store getting a run around I will be contacting BBB because this is terrible service and I spent so much money I’m disgusted
People this is the best store to shop Alex furniture, great customer service and great value for your money. You will never regret that's is where am shopping for the 2026
