I am really disappointed by my experience here. I brought in a small bouquet of flowers from my own garden and politely asked if they could wrap them for me, and would pay for the service. Instead of a simple answer, I was met with eye rolling and an unwelcoming attitude. I was told they would only wrap the flowers if I purchased a certain number from the store, and the way this was communicated felt dismissive and extremely rude. Alex’s Florist Shop was the best choice we could have made! They were incredibly cooperative, did an amazing job with the decorations, and made both our ceremony and reception exactly as we envisioned. I've been a customer of this flower shop for over 20 years, and they’ve never let me down. I always come here for flowers—birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and everything in between. Today, I picked up a bouquet for my wife’s birthday. I chose the flowers myself, and they arranged them beautifully in her favorite color. She loved them! Thank you for always making every occasion special.

I needed to order a funeral arrangement. This place was recommended by a friend. Ordered by phone, they made it very easy for me, and the feedback on the flowers was incredibly positive (I’m out of state so could not attend and did not see myself). Thank you for making a sad day a bit brighter.
