My Boss bought a 2007 397 peterbilt about 4 months ago they installed a new transmission did some other work have had truck back to them 2 more times to finish getting work done Carlos and his guys are Outstanding they don't let anything slip by them let me tell you if you are in the GRAND PRAIRE TX area and need work done call carlis at Alex Diesel Repair he will take care of your truck and not Rob you blind like Dealerships do! I told him several months ago that we are his new customer and I stand by what I say
Carlos is the best mechanic out there he fixed my transmission changed the clutch and Mcn and oil change and gave me an estimated price on the work and delivered like he said he would I’m proud to have him a my mechanic and his team is the best
I spoke with Carlos a few days prior to having a semi towed to his shop to a transmission swapped out. Carlos was easy to get ahold of, understanding with the fact the transmission had a warranty and helped expedite the process. Was quick and efficient to install it once it got back to the shop. Carlos understood that the 4 axle Pete was used for heavy haul and inspected the suspension. Suggested I replace the dog bones, shocks and bolts.
