I spoke with Carlos a few days prior to having a semi towed to his shop to a transmission swapped out. Carlos was easy to get ahold of, understanding with the fact the transmission had a warranty and helped expedite the process. Was quick and efficient to install it once it got back to the shop. By word of mouth, instead of taking my truck to a dealer, I brought my truck to Alex's Diesel on a Monday morning. By noon it was diagnosed and invoice was sent to warranty company. Parts were ordered and truck was ficed next afternoon. Paid ny deductible and went on my way. Great family owned repair shop and if in Dallas area, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Carlos
