Alex was recommended to me by some buddies that I have done business with in the past. I went to Alex to have my Bronco's new fenders painted. He walked the vehicle with me and came up with a quote that I thought was fair. He had to blend the paint on the original job from the factory. I thought he and his team did an amazing job and in the time frame that he told me. I was so pleased that I took another vehicle to him and had it touched up and blended as well. I brought my car to Alex for hail damage and paint repair. Not only was he professional, but very communicative when it came to how he would repair the damage and gave updates during the whole process! He is super easy to work with and he does phenomenal, high quality work. There is no other body repair shop I’d bring my car to than Alex’s Custom Collision.
Hands down one of the best body shops in the Northern AL. area! We use Alex a lot for small projects and big projects! Great guy, amazing work and great customer service. HIGHLY recommend!
Not professional at all. Lets personal grievances get in the way of business. Alex did not like a review posted by a family member, and decided to push this on me and not do business. I gave him an opportunity to earn my business again, and maybe we could correct any prior incidents. He decided to be rude and laugh at me on the phone. Would not recommend, plenty of other shops that do good work.
