I booked my catering service with this company for the most important event for us on our wedding day. The presentation was sloppy, we did not get dinner rolls and the food was extremely over seasoned and salty. When I approached the chef he stated that he did not taste the food before serving. Needless to say all food served to guests, bride and groom were ruined and plates were returned, no one ate the salty food. Never once was I offered another plate nor apologized for the disaster.
