I would give them zero if possible. We hired Alex Billiards to do installation for a customer of ours. Jesse and his friend Jose tried to force installation date to a customer when he was not home, without even consulting him first. They simply left him a voicemail, we are coming then, and there is no option to change it. This was $10.000 order, and I find this behavior shocking.
