Great customer service and positive experience every time I've visited! I'm usually hesitant to visit a bike shop because I feel like I get looked down on and treated like I'm ruining the salesperson's day when I'm going to spend a good amount of money. I went to Alex’s Bicycle Pro Shop to have a bike fitting done, and was definitely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Alex, who performed the fitting! Not only did he take his time and explain everything thoroughly, but his expertise to detail during the fitting was outstanding! I couldn’t have asked for a better bike fitting experience. Great Bicycle Shop with very knowledgeable staff and very fair pricing!
Having ridden for nearly 2 years with the same setup, I was experiencing some knee pain that had become normal for me, so I thought I needed adjustments. The process was very professional, and Alex explained every finding and how he would fix it. Today, I took my first fondo ride before the fitting, and for the first time in 2 years, my right knee didn't hurt!!!!! Things look promising, and I hope my rides will be more efficient for my body. Thanks, Alex and the shop team, for such kind and fantastic service.
Great customer service. Walked in on a Saturday with my son looking for tires. Was able to get a brand new set installed in less than 30 minutes. Prices was great! Highly recommend!
Beginner biker trying to prep for a race so I came in this morning to get some help finding some equipment/clothing. Walked in and got no assistance, just stared at while all the employees were on the phone calling other customers. Obviously left without purchasing anything .... weird that they didn't want to welcome me or ask me if I need help with finding anything, a very normal courtesy ask merchants do with customers. Didn't even say goodbye when I left .... Very odd.
