I purchased my BMC Roadmachine from Alex’s Bike Shop. I am in love with my bike. Their service is the best. I took in for a tuneup and had it back in one day. They are all very professional and attentive. Highly recommend them to anyone that wants a great bike and service.

Alex's Bicycle Pro Shop is amazing. The staff is great, very helpful, friendly and know everything there is to know about bikes. I had a very odd stuck seatpost issue that my local shops couldn't handle. I took it to Alex's Bicycle Pro Shop and to my amazement, they got the job done! They're not exactly in my neighborhood but I'll certainly take that drive.
The best bike shop around. Friendly staff, great in stock selection of any type of bikes, very fair pricing and a coffee shop within the store. When you purchase a bike it is completely customized for you, every feature is explained, and you trial the bike outside before the delivery. I just purchased my 5th bike( one Tri Bike and four MTBs) from them without a single issue. The bike mechanics are excellent and prompt.
