RecommendedWe went in looking for a bike that was light weight for our daughter. I was thinking they weren’t going to even bother helping us since we weren’t spending a lot of money, but we were definitely wrong. Even though our bike wasn’t expensive we still received first class service. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a bike visit Alex’s Bicycle Pro Shop no matter what your budget the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Oscar was very patient and friendly with all of our needs.
Ed and his team are amazing. They are the most knowledgeable, friendly, and professional group to deal with. My bike from 5-6 years ago is holding up perfectly. We just got my daughter a new bike today and she couldn’t be happier. 100% recommend Alex’s Bicycle Pro Shop!!!
An awesome buying experience! Daniel listened to what I was looking for in a new road bike and explained in detail what each bike in my price range had to offer. He was extremely patient with the numerous questions I was asking, and spent a solid hour with me on the sales floor till I made my decision. After riding Trek fuel EX’s since 09, my latest being a 2012, I was ready for a new ride. Unfortunately for Trek, they weren’t being receptive to my needs or being helpful here in the Gulfcoast area where I reside. They were not getting back to me with questions I had nore were they knowledgeable about mountain bikes. The guys on the east coast of Florida were definitely more knowledgeable but, I really wasn’t sold on what Trek had to offer. I gave up on them and zero’d in on the Santa Cruz 5010.
