Horrible experience at this bike shop. Patriarchal and sexist. Aggressive and rude. Unbelievably disgusting customer service. They are BULLIES! And made us late to our bike festival because the bikes they said were ready were NOT and they EVEN FORGOT ONE EXISTED and did not repair it until we were in the store! Then we're super rude and did not take responsibility or accountability but got angry and aggressive.
