The woman who cut my 4-year-old’s hair was extremely rough with him and began complaining because he was crying—which was unsurprising given how roughly she was handling him. Before the haircut, I specifically asked whether she cut children his age, and she said yes. During the appointment, however, she became rude and told me that I should have taken him somewhere else.
