I love this place. Ilza and Gino are both very friendly, and very honest. I never ever feel like they are not keeping my best interests in mind when I bring my car in. Gino is a great mechanic, and takes the time to show me what the problem is, and to tell me what my options are, in language I can understand (ie layman's terms) My wife and I have had all our work done at Alex's since we moved to Medford 6 years ago. I highly recomend Alex's Auto Repair because I am bringing my car to be fixed in there about 2 years now. Since then I found the most respectefull and skilled mecanics with an excellent atendiment.
