had a great experience at Alex’s , The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything in a way I could understand as well as the repair beint done on time and at a fair price I really appreciate their honesty ,no upselling or surprise charges. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic!

Jamás recomendaría a una persona a ir a hacer ningún arreglo a este lugar, mi chica fue a cambiar un sus frenos y el problema continuo… llevamos su auto a otro lugar y nos dimos cuenta que nunca colocaron unos nuevos. También nos dimos cuentas que habían cosas diferentes dentro del auto, tal vez cambiaron alguna piezas y como no somos expertos no nos percatamos. No vayan a este lugar! Vigilen que hagan lo que están pidiendo, no dejen sus autos solos con estas personas!!!!

The guy sit in the front desk, rudeAnd very nasty mean Very bad experience. I went to this mechanic for a simple oil change, and he used cheap aftermarket parts without asking me. After the service, my car started leaking oil. It never leaked before. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this mechanic to anyone.
