Good work for a good price, the new location is nice!
Dropped my truck off with a long list of items to be addressed. Didn’t hear from shop for 3 weeks. When I called to follow up, I was told my battery was bad, which I found strange; it was a brand new Optima. But whatever, bring them the new battery, again…another 3 weeks goes by with no word. Called them up and STILL hadn’t touched my truck. I picked it up and took it elsewhere. What a joke.
I was referred to alex..and im so gratefull i had an issue no 1 could figure out .alex got right to work figured out and fixed both problems.was given a price...only to have the final price jus under the quoat..Honest Quality work..hard to find these days...thank you so much..Total auto eletric & Ac...
Total Auto Electric & AC came highly recommended by my mechanic, said he won't take his vehicles anywhere else, and now I see why! Alex is excellent and knows what he's doing!! Transmission was giving me problems in my Ford Expedition. He tracked it down to an issue with the solenoid. Also checked PCM to make sure it was delivering the proper codes. Alex is extremely honest and knowledgeable, providing a service that goes above and beyond! And to top it off, his prices are fair and reasonable! Would highly recommend! 5-Stars... read more
I had a serious steering issue with my vehicle. I originally took it to a dealership as this was a safety issue, and I thought that the Manufacturer would cover and repair the problem. An extended warranty had been issued for the exact part that was the cause of the problem. Unfortunately, they attempted to weasel and deceive me to believe it was something else that cost much more.
